I remember as a child hunting for Easter eggs around our house and garden. I had such fun, it felt like a real adventure. I think I actually enjoyed the hunt more than the eggs. As we got older my mum allowed us to pick a present instead of eggs, this was usually a CD.
Over the last few years Mr Hubby and I haven’t really bothered with Easter as neither of us are religious or big chocolate eaters. This year is going to be a little different as it is Baby’s first proper Easter. I plan to send a few cards, decorate, do some Easter baking and give Baby an Easter basket (more to come on that soon!). So I had a little snoop round a few websites and came up with a selection of gifts for all the family.
First of all I picked out some foodie treats
Easter Afternoon Tea Party by Crumb £28. Includes cakes, tea bags, doily’s and other essentials for a tea party.
Mini Egg Tree Sweet Trees £14.99. They also do a cream egg version.
Easter Chocolates Bijou Gifts £12.95. These are just divine!
Blossom Biscuits Eat My Cake £10. This company make the most amazing bespoke biscuits.
Easter Hamper Hotel Chocolat £39. Filled with chocolate fried eggs on sticks, eggs and soldiers, bunnies and other scrummy goodies.
Mr Stanleys Sweet Hamper Interflora £39.99.
Then I had a scout around for non food gifts, as sometimes you can have too much chocolate! Controversial?!

Personalised Children’s Baking Set Anne-Marie at Heavenleyhearts £17.50 (NOTHS)
