Hello my loves! Have you had a lovely week? I’ve spent a large proportion of the week wishing I could chop my head off (major TMJ pain!), but I have a physio appointment now, so help is on the way. I love sharing the inside track on what’s going on behind the scenes of my business. So let’s crack on!
This week it’s ALL been going on!

- To help raise awareness of #TimeToTalk day to reduce the stigma around mental illness, I jumped on a Facebook live and shared my story.
- I’ve been trying to keep too many balls in the air work wise and so my focus has been rubbish this week.
- Ceri & I had another podcast go live and we are so grateful for your wonderful reviews.
