Moonpig is brand that I am very familiar with and hearing the name makes me think of greetings cards. What I didn’t realise was the extent of their gift range.
Last week, Baby and I were invited to the S/S 15 Preview Event, which was held at the Sky Bar in Holborn; such a great venue!
I was actually a bit taken aback by the extensive range of gifts now in stock; the flowers were beautiful and there were also alternatives to the traditional gift of bouquets, such as the Posh Collection Bird Cage, which is £45 and the fabulous MUM pots, which would look lovely on my kitchen window sill….
It was so lovely to see the flowers in the flesh, rather than just on an internet page and the bouquets ranged from £22 to £80.
I certainly didn’t know that Moonpig offered Foodie gifts and there were so many wonderful things to tempt us; amazing chocolates, marshmallows, alcohol, tea, an extensive range of hampers; really something for everyone. I really love the spotty tea pot!
The Foodie range starts at only £6 and scales up to £50. Highlights include the Hope & Greenwood Tuck Box (£25) and the amazing cakes by Sponge, such as the Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake (18).
Another range is Beauty and Home gifts. From the Bev Ridges Nail Polish Set (£12) to the Waxed Lyrical High Tea Diffuser (£12) and also including candles, gardener hand care kits and the most amazing Miss Patisserie Amour Collection Bath Bombs, that look just like posh cupcakes (£12 for three).
After looking at all the gifts, we were treated to Tea tasting with The English Tea Company and then a flower arranging session, when we all got to make a bouquet to take home.
Baby and I also squeezed some time in to go outside on the roof and have some fun!
If you are still looking for a Mother’s Day gift or have any birthdays coming up, have a look on the Moonpig website; you might just be surprised!
Disclosure: We were invited to the Moonpig event, received a goody bag and our travel expenses were paid. All views are my own honest opinions.
