Ava loves all things ‘Princess’. For the sake of balance, she also loves her toolbox and cars. However, she definitely has that young-girl obsession with Princesses. We were recently contacted to see if we wanted to be part of the celebration surrounding the release of Beauty And The Beast, in cinemas 17th March and I knew it would be a big yes from Ava.
She was so lucky to be sent these wonderful toys to put through their paces.
- Ballroom Bellle (RRP: £24.99) – Belle wears a beautiful yellow ball gown and the iconic Tree of Life pendant necklace, inspired by the film.
- The Enchanted Rose Jewellery Box (RRP £19.99) -The Enchanted Rose counts down how much time is left to break the spell, until the fate of the Beast and his enchanted staff are sealed. Can true love blossom before the last petal falls? The enchanted rose opens, closes and lights up as the iconic song “Beauty and the Beast” is played. There is also a gold “feather” ring.
- The Enchanted Objects Tea Set (RRP £19.99) – Once the human servants of a magnificent castle, these enchanted friends are the Beast’s faithful companions. They fondly remember the prince in his youth and what it was to be human, hoping that one day the spell will be broken. Mrs. Potts, the doting housekeeper who was transformed into a teapot, cares deeply for all who inhabit the castle, especially ‘Chip’ her fun-loving tea-cup son. When you pour the tea Mrs. Potts’ eyes blink! Chip wobbles on his saucer, just like the movie. This beautiful set includes: teapot with removable lid, sugar bowl, two spoons, cups and saucers.

Ava returned from nursery one day last week to be presented with this wonderful selection!
Ava absolutely adored playing with these wonderful toys. She laid out a tea party for her and Belle, before spending time ‘reading’ the Princess magazine to her. She really engaged with the tea set and seemed to love how they had names and their own personalities. When her daddy came home from work, he was introduced to Mrs Potts and Chip too!
Ava thoroughly enjoyed playing with these toys and I think they will all be firm favourites for a good while. She has the other dolls in the Princess range and Belle completed her set. They are such beautiful, well-made dolls.
