Week 14 #LittleFierceOnes Round-Up

Welcome back to my #LittleFierceOnes hashtag community round-up. Amy (Mr and Mr T Plus Three) and I are constantly in awe of your fabulous images and we are so thrilled that so many of you are joining in with our community.

 

As I have mentioned before a highlight of my week is looking through all the images to select the ones I would like to feature.  The truth is I want to feature all of them!  With over 3,600 images we are literally spoiled for choice.

From my feed I have loved these three images the most.

The thought petrified me and I would actively avoid it. However, this year I decided to accept opportunities even if they scare me. So far I have spoken live on the radio and been part of a round table at a large event. This week, I have been asked to speak at a blog conference in a few months AND I have accepted! I would never have thought, even a year ago, that I would have agreed. I am feeling the fear and doing it anyway. What fear do you have? Could you do it anyway?

I love how for small children even the most mundane things are considered an adventure. A visit to the pet shop, a trip to feed the ducks, even the weekly supermarket shop is an adventure waiting to unfold in front of them. The most exciting thing that has ever happened. As adults we should make more time for adventures too; have an adventure which makes you feel like a child again, now that would be fun.

I remember when she was born being terrified that we would do something wrong, but we had to learn how to parent as we went along. She has made me braver. Things I couldn’t do for myself, I would do for her without thinking, without question. A great perspective is gained from being a parent.

This is divine! Such an interesting perspective and it just goes to show that you can create wonderful images without actually photographing your children’s faces.  Gorgeous.
