This is one of my favourite cakes. O.K, it is quite rustic, but it does look quite special even though it lacks perfect piping. The bonus to this cake is it is not difficult. I make my own Lemon Curd, but you can buy a jar to make it easier. The result is maybe the best cake you’ll ever have, yum!
