We were recently asked to review a jute lunch bag from Belo & Me. I love bags and so jumped at the chance. It was a little tricky to choose, as Belo & Me have a wide range of designs and colours. They also do shoppers too! In the end I plumped for a pink little bird design, as it is so cute.
We often go on family days out and we always take lots of different things for Baby to eat, just in case. Although this bag is small (20cm x 20cm x 15cm), it is sturdy and has a good capacity. There was more than enough room for Baby’s lunch boxes and it would have easily accommodated a drink and a bigger Tupperware box.
The bags are £3.75 (+P&P), which is a good price for a reusable bag with a funky design. The website suggests using the bags as party bags or gift bags, which I think is a great idea. As long as it is a small party!
As well as being aesthetically pleasing, the jute fibre’s are 100% biodegradable and recyclable. Compare this to the 400 years it takes most plastic bags to biodegrade!
I think these little bags are so lovely, great quality and really affordable. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase one.
