Regular readers will know that Baby and I are Parragon Book Buddies and as such we receive a lovely book each month. This month was the old favourite Jack and the Beanstalk, which is part of Parragon’s Slide and See Fairy Tales range. The books we receive are always really lovely and combine great stories with wonderful design aspects.
The story is traditional, but the layout is made more interesting for the children by having tabs that they pull out to reveal the next part of the story. Sturdy for little handy to deal with and full of fun illustrations and bright colours, it really is the perfect toddler book.
Baby loves reading this book with Mummy or Daddy, but she is also happy to take it off my herself and read alone if the mood takes her.
I highly recommend this book, it really is fantastic.
