Baby is so happy to be a Toot Toot Friends Ambassador; she was even more happy when a huge bundle of fabulous toys arrived! What kiddo wouldn’t be?!
She could barely wait for me to put everything together, before launching into playtime. Thankfully it was reasonably quick to assemble and was intuitive, which was great for me as I don’t like reading instructions.
Toot Toot Friends have a special MagicPoint™, which allows them to be brought to life by a button on their front which connects to a point under the toy. They speak, sing, move and play songs. Their accessories also have this MagicPoint™, as do places in the house and hospital.
We were sent the complete range, which includes the Discovery Sounds House, the Helpful Hospital, Dylan and skateboard, Dawn and wagon, Maddie and her rocking horse, Luca and bouncy plane, Jacob and scooter, Cici and her tricycle and the Trot and Go pony. This bundle would cost £144.91.
Toot Toot Friends can chat and respond to each other with over fifty phrases. I think it’s great to have a collection like this, that you can add to over time and that your child will enjoy collecting.
Even the horse had a little go on the slide!
The friends can be interchanged with the other accessories, so they needn’t stick to the accessory they came with, meaning there are lots of different combinations to try out.
Baby was immediately taken with the Toot Toot Friends sets, so much so that she took some of them on holiday with us to France. She especially loves the horse and rider that moves along the ground.
From a mother’s point of view I think they are wonderful toys; they are brilliant for increasing social development through role playing. Baby spends ages chatting to them and exploring the house and hospital with them.
When it comes to children, they don’t lie, if they love something they will spend time playing with it. If they don’t it won’t be looked at again. With that in mind, Baby has definitely given these toys the thumbs up, which is good enough for me!
