A new charity campaign was launched this week, which caught my attention. From 8th April (until 5th May) each time you purchase a Proctor & Gamble product at Superdrug or online at Superdrug.com, P&G will make a donation to Marie Curie. If you aren’t familiar with Marie Curie, it is an amazing charity that helps people living with terminal illness. After the 5th May until the end of the year, certain products (which will have a sticker on) will continue to trigger donations. This campaign hopes to raise £100,000 during the course of 2015.
My dad died of cancer when I was ten, after being very ill for a number of years; so I hope sharing this campaign will help someone, somewhere, who is going through the unimaginable horror of dealing with a terminal illness.
This means that all of those little purchases you make to make you #FeelSuper can now help others too, one product = one donation.
All donations from the campaign will help people living with a terminal illness get the most they can from life.

During my time working with Marie Curie, I’ve met so many people who have been helped by the charity. I’ve heard first-hand how special their nurses are and how important their support can be in tough times. It’s so great to be able to support this amazing cause once more as their work helps so many families all over the country each year. The money that will be raised through this campaign in Superdrug will enable them to help so many more people.
