Great video! I changed a few things on my blog accordingly (like the little image near the tab title, etc.). For some of the advice, it’s a bit too early for me I guess … My blog is still relatively new, so I don’t think it would be a good idea to start pitching brands, etc. I don’t have many followers, so that would be a huge problem.
So I will keep your video in my favorites to watch it once more when I start working with brands (eventually) and follow your advice here again (like the creation of “work with me” page, etc.)
