If you are a regular reader, you may know that our little family has a few exciting holidays planned this year. After zero holidays for 5 years, we can’t wait to go on our adventures this year and make memories for our little family. One place that we haven’t booked yet is Scotland, but we are starting to look around at places that catch our interest.
Baby’s Aunty and Uncle would come with us, to make it a real family affair. Scotland is quite special to all of us and we would like to love to show Baby the sights and the places that we love. I was brought up in Fife and Baby’s Aunty got married near Inverness, in a ruined Castle which was amazing.
I recently heard about Snaptrip and had a little browse through their great site, for possible places to stay. They have cottages all over the UK, so you are sure to find something suitable for your family. The website is very interactive and after typing in a location or postcode, you are presented with a map on one side and all the possible cottages on the other, hovering over a cottage will make the location move on the map, so it is really easy to see where they are.
I was attracted to Huntly Cottage with its barn-like feel and gorgeous modern interior. This would give us all lots of space, so we don’t get under each other’s feet.

There is also the facility to search for last-minute deals with up to 50% discount for the coming weekend. So searching for last minute cottages in Scotland could help us grab a bargain!
Have you heard of Snaptrip? Where would you go on holiday?
