Christmas is on the way! I LOVE this time of year, although this year will be very different for us. It will be our first year in France and it looks like it will also be our first year with just the three of us. To me, Christmas is about family and friends and I love the warm glow which surround the festive season as the excitement builds.
I wanted to get some special presents for Ava’s new friends here in France and also for her little friends back in the UK. The Christmas Cart offered to send us some gorgeous baubles, which could be personalised. I knew they would make perfect gifts.
Obviously, I picked a few bits for Ava too. We have 4 trees this year, so we needed a few more decorations to fill those extra branches (although two are half sized trees!).
Ava loved picking the colour combinations and the characters she wanted to appear on her friend’s baubles. There are so many colour options and you can personalise them with any word or name. They arrived (all the way to France) really well packaged and in gift boxes, so they are ready to wrap.
I love that these gifts obviously have thought behind them. They will be taken out year after year and will be part of those families Christmas’ for years to come.
The Christmas Cart baubles look beautiful on our tree and are now repackaged (apart from Ava’s own of course!) and will be gifted to some very special little people. Ava loved that hers and her friend’s names were on the baubles. She was so proud of what she had helped to create.
We were also sent a couple of other lovely Christmas goodies; the girl elf that Ava now adores and the hessian skirt for the tree, which does look really good. Ava was also sent a huge Santa sack, so big in fact she can get in it, as she is demonstrating here! It’s so pretty and again is personalised to her delight.
The Christmas Cart is definitely worth a visit if you want to pick up some lovely gifts or little treats for your own family for Christmas.
