Gratitude List #3

Gratitude list

Some parts of this week have been quite difficult for me, so I NEED to write my gratitude list.  This week I love;

  • that Baby has learned to say Daisy (one of her BFF’s) and Archie (SIL’s dog).  She sounds soooo cute!
  • how amazingly brave Baby was in her swimming lesson this week and how her Daddy was there to see it.
  • how kind my BIL is.  He is currently helping Mr Hubby make over our living room.
  • that I now (since BritMumsLive) have two new friends, who I feel as if I have known forever – Em and Hannah
  • the beautiful weather we are having, long may it last.
  • the feeling of Baby asleep on my chest before she goes down for the night.
  • my amazing husband, who came home from work and rescued me on Monday when I was having a bad day.
  • that I ‘found’ some stones on the beach, which will soon become ladybirds for Baby’s garden.
  • that we are getting to spend some time with Baby’s Aunty Jen this week.  We LOVE Aunty Jen!

So what are you grateful for this week?

I am linking up with This Enchanted Pixie’s 52 weeks of gratitude and Honest Mums Brilliant Blog posts linky.

  2. Oh yes, the weather certainly gets my thumbs up this week. By letting the good in to your life you leave less room for the bad.

  3. Don’t you just love it when the other half comes home early to help out? My happy thing of this week is that D has been doing LOADS more housework in the evenings, to help me out. It really makes a difference….

  5. Sorry you’ve not had a good week. Hope next week is better for you 🙂
    We made ladybird stones when Aiden was three. When we moved house in February this year, we had to totally empty the garden at our old house and we found 2 of the ladybird stones we had made. They’d lasted 10 years!

  6. Beautiful, the baby sleeping on your chest or in your arms is one I relate to, I feel so grateful to have two healthy, happy children. I now try to breathe in every moment (losing a friend to cancer recently and friends with very poorly kids have put life into perspective even more for me lately)-I try and relish every moment of a beautiful view or eating great food or just us lot being us-we are terribly lucky. Thanks for this wonderful post and linking up to #brilliantblogposts

      Thanks hun. It is so easy to get in the negatives of day to day life and writing this keeps me on track to positivity x
