Gratitude List #39

I love the process of writing a weekly gratitude list, as it ensures I consciously take in the small, but lovely things that happen every day.  Then, they are immortalized here on the page, so I will always remember.

Gratitude

No idea how to use my new camera yet, but I LOVE it all the same!

This week I have loved;

  • Singing ‘I love you Baby’ to Baby and dancing around like loons together.
  • How good Baby is been during her first few nights in the big girl bed.
  • Making plans to see friends.
  • So many fabulous blog opportunities!  Truly blessed.
  • Catching up with one of my oldest friends and her lovely little baby.
  • Being treated to a lovely new outfit by the Jacques Vert group.
  • Playing ‘what does the lion say’, ‘rahhhh’ with Baby, we both find it hysterical and it is even more funny when Baby ‘rahhhhs’ as she thinks she is being scary, but it is just cute.
  • Buying a DSLR!
  • Watching Baby feed a huge flock of swans, she overarm throws the bread with a grunt. She REALLY wants them to have it!
  • Putting together my #springtimesurpriseproject package.

      Thank you huni. I got a Cannon 100D, it seems great and I can’t wait to get to grips with it, now just need the time to do that! 🙂 xxx

  5. What a beautiful list. I’d not discovered this linky before but love the idea of writing such a positive post each week. I’d had a bit of a tough week with poorly little ones, but there are still so many things to be thankful for. Glad to hear baby’s skeeping well… It’s such a big step going into a big girls bed. X

  8. That is such a beautiful photo of Baby. Love your gratitude list – especially Baby going “rahhhh” – little ones always make such cute lions! Well done to Baby on being so good in her big girl bed and hope you have fun getting to grips with your new DSLR 🙂

  9. Oh yay a new camera! The Canon 100D is very good, you’re going to have lots of fun! I love the photo of Baby that you’ve taken with it. 🙂

      I asked about the 500d, but they said it had been replaced by another. The 100d seemed fine and so far I love it. Need to read the manual! x

      1. Yeah I’ve had my 500D for a few years now so I’m not surprised there’s a newer model out. The 100D is a very good camera, you’ll be fine. 🙂

  10. Really pleased Baby is getting on well in her big girl bed 🙂 I love that she roars and thinks she is scary but just incredibly cute! Yay for a DSLR! xx

  11. I’m glad Baby is getting on with her new big girl bed, I have not made the leap into the toddler bed world yet! Enjoy your new camera, I really need to learn how to use mine ‘properly’
