Gratitude List #40

I love the process of writing a weekly gratitude list, as it ensures I consciously take in the small, but lovely things that happen every day.  Then, they are immortalized here on the page, so I will always remember.

Gratitude

This week I have loved;

  • Watching Baby enjoy her friend’s 2nd birthday party.
  • Playing with my new DSLR camera.
  • So many exciting blog things happening.
  • Meeting up with the fabulous Hayley from Shutterflies
  • Having the house cleaned!
  • Watching Baby go from Hubby to me, holding a tissue to our noses, while we all said ‘achoo!’  Then having a go herself.  We all had about 6 ‘fake’sneezes each.
  • I saw one of my best friends, who now lives in Scotland, and who I haven’t seen for over a year.
  • Watching Baby throw her toy down the slide, before descending herself!
  • Meeting my friend’s new daughter.
  • Winning a £100 of Amazon vouchers in the #SafeStoreYourMemories blogging challenge.

So what are you grateful for this week?

I am linking up with This Enchanted Pixie’s 52 weeks of gratitude and

  1. Lovely list – Baby throwing her toy down the slide before going down herself and holding a tissue for you to fake sneeze into sounds adorable. So glad you got to catch up with your friend and yay to having the house cleaned too! Hope you have a lovely weekend 🙂

  2. Ah! You seem to have had a fab week full of wonderful things. I love the sneezing and tissue one, it’s fab when they interact like that and you start to think they are growing up – so cute! Having the house cleaned would make me very happy too.Congratulations on winning the Amazon voucher!!! X

  4. I read your lovely list last week and promptly decided to join in with this linky… My blog was in danger of feeling a bit serious and I loved writing my own weeks highlights. You’ve just reminded me to join in again now. I’m so glad you’ve had a good week. You’re pictures are just lovely… You must really be having fun with the new camera!

  5. Wow congrats on the Amazon voucher win! And wahoo for lots of upcoming blog excitement. 🙂

It’s funny how they throw their teddy’s down the slide first isn’t it. Bubs does it too.

  6. What a fabulous week!! I hope you are enjoying your DSLR! I know you won’t regret that purchase! If you haven’t already got the 50mm lens, I’m unsure of what camera you bought, then consider buying it with your amazon voucher – it is my most favourite lens ever!

  7. well done on the win, I would love amazon vouchers but would spend them all on Oliver. I’m considering buying a 50mm lens for my DSLR as heard such good things, I would like to do a photography course first though. I love that photo of Baby, is that a formal rain coat?

I spent them all on Baby, even though I thought I might buy something for me! Mother’s curse! 🙂 What do you mean a formal raincoat? It is a see through rain coat? xx

  8. This is such a lovely list, it sounds like you’ve had a ton of happy moments this week. I particularly love that Baby was making you sneeze into tissues, how cute! #happydays xx
