Gratitude List

Gratitude List #48

I love the process of writing a weekly gratitude list, as it ensures I consciously take in the small, but lovely things that happen every day.  Then, they are immortalized here on the page, so I will always remember.

Gratitude List

This week I have loved;

  • Watching Baby scoot properly for the first time.
  • Baby telling me to ‘seep’ (sleep) then kissing me on the lips to wake me up.  Heart melts.
  • Seeing Baby so excited to go and play with the other children at pre-school.
  • A impromptu visit from my sister-in-law.
  • Lovely birthday gifts and time with friends.
  • The lovely comments I had on this post about finding a balance.
  • Baby saying awesome!
  • Working with amazing friends and bloggers on exciting projects.
  • Listening Baby saying her name and how old she is.
  • Watching Baby ‘wash’ my plate under to tap in her kitchen. She would then bring it back to me and repeated the cycle MANY times, requesting a high 5 each time.

So what are you grateful for this week?

I am linking up with This Enchanted Pixie’s 52 weeks of gratitude and

  1. I love reading your gratitude list, you always have some lovely things listed. Sounds like baby is at such a fun age I love watching them learn something new every day, certainly makes the tantrums of a 2 year old easier when there are so many lovely bits too. Xx

  2. Baby is the cutest! I love those little rituals that they develop in their kitchen, you have to wonder where it comes from, I mean do you high five every time you wash a plate? haha!! A lovely week Aby, I hope you are starting to find some time. Have a fab time with Katy this week xx

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I am in awe of how much time and effort you put into your blog. Without a doubt you really do earn the amazing opportunities you’ve had. I think finding balance is something we all struggle with but you’re definitely on the right track.

Have a lovely, and hopefully relaxing, week! Vx
