Gratitude List #56

I love the process of writing a weekly gratitude list, as it ensures I consciously take in the small, but lovely things that happen every day.  Then, they are immortalized here on the page, so I will always remember.

Gratitude

This week I have loved;

  • Baby having a full on conversation on her toy phone.  She was saying ‘pardon’ …’ooh o.k’, ‘ o.k then, see you soon’…’bye’. Totally engrossed!
  • Baby saying sib-it for spilt it.
  • Watching Baby do her exercises. Bend down touch her toes, jump in the air, stretch!
  • Being offered a dream holiday (fingers crossed it all works out!)
  • The look on Baby’s face when she copied me saying the whole alphabet.  She was so proud of herself.
  • My new desk, I even have bunting on it!
  • Cider…. Fruit Cider to be precise.
  • Hubby coming home from work earlier than expected on Friday.
  • Messaging with friends who are totally on my wavelength.
  • Actually finding time to start reading a book (not a blog!). First time in about 18 months!

So what are you grateful for this week?

  1. Lovely photo! Hope the holiday works out for you! I have been fitting in a bit of reading recently – it makes a nice change!! Hope next week is just as fun and Baby’s chatting away gets better and better xx #happydays

  2. Ah reading a book, that sounds nice! Bless Baby with her phone conversations and saying the alphabet, that’s so clever! I hope the holidays works out, sounds exciting! 🙂 x

  3. Definitely fruit cider weather, I’m off alcohol at the moment but I’m going to have to hunt out the non-alcoholic versions for sure. I’m with you on the reading actual books, I’ve finally started making use of my library membership and am loving it!

    Baby’s pretend phone conversation sounds hysterical. Is that what Mummy sounds like on the phone?! 🙂
