I love the process of writing a weekly gratitude list, as it ensures I consciously take in the small, but lovely things that happen every day. Then, they are immortalized here on the page, so I will always remember.
This week I have loved;
- Laughing like a drain with my SIL when we got lost when driving through Bristol in the pouring rain.
- How happy Baby was when we were cuddled up watching Despicable Me and I handed her a Unicorn toy from the film.
- Winning £250 and a toy for Baby with this post.
- Watching the kids (Baby and Em’s kids) all dressed up in their new fancy dress costumes.
- Having Mr Hubby return from being in France for most of the week.
- Booking our first 2016 holiday, my competition win to The Valley.
- Receiving a gorgeous Mia Tui leather bag in a blogger event goodie bag.
- Supportive texts from friends.
- Baby asking to watch Frozen and asking for ‘more mingings’ (minions!).
- Leaving the room while Despicable Me is on and Baby saying ‘Bye Dr Nerfario, See you soon’.
