I love the process of writing a weekly gratitude list, as it ensures I consciously take in the small, but lovely things that happen every day. Then, they are immortalized here on the page, so I will always remember.
This week I have loved;
- Being invited to a photography masterclass event with a leading camera brand.
- Vlogging in our made-over bedroom. It makes such a difference having a space you feel relaxed in.
- Losing 2 and 3/4 stone (and 7″ from my waist) in 8 weeks.
- Being approached by Cath Kidston, who I am going to be working with on Instagram.
- Sorting out Baby’s toys and feeling so much better about our thinned out/tidy (ish) living room.
- Teaching Baby the Ant & Dec classic ‘Let’s get ready to rumble’. Now if I could just teach her the dance…..
- Getting back into ‘Suits’ and watching it back to back while I work in the evenings.
- Chasing Baby round the park as she was screaming ‘We’re going to Camp Bestival!’.
- Baby wanting to sleep on her new bedroom rug, instead of in her bed!
- Looking forward to Camp Bestival! This time next week!

The photography masterclass sounds so exciting, as well as the Cath Kidston project; lots of great times ahead. You have also just reminded me that I desperately need to have a toy clear out before L’s birthday next month or we’ll be drowning in the things!
