I love writing a weekly gratitude list. It means I consciously take in the small, lovely things that happen every day and they are immortalized here on the page; so I will always remember.
This week I have loved;
- Ordering my new Macbook Pro! Woo hoo! I can’t wait to have a computer with speed.
- A Chia Latte in a travel mug on a chilly morning.
- Baby declaring, on finishing her drink, that is was ‘delicious’!
- Being able to comfort my little one when she was sick.
- Having my husband home, when the hugest spider showed itself in the living room! Seriously gigantic!
- When Baby decided it was ‘tidy up time’ and then said Mummy ‘tidy up, it’s a mess in here’. Her mess I hasten to add!
- Baby acting out one of her programmes, running round and doing actions along with the characters.
- Our new supportive Facebook group for bloggers under our Live. Love. Blog umbrella. No promotion, just good old fashioned help and support.
- Baby holding a penny and when I asked her what she was going to buy with it she replied ‘loads more money’! That’s my girl!
- Baby sleeping with me one night after being poorly.

“Loads more money!” She is so smart! Also really jealous about the Macbook Pro. My husband really wants one of those. I’d love to get one for him just so he’ll shut up about it!
I wish I had a new MacBook pro on the way! Enjoy it. I’m grateful for the hour lie in I had this morning, I’ve been up through the night all week with my toddler as he is poorly so this was a most welcome hour.
Love that money comment! And, argh, the spiders are so huge this year.

Aww I’ve loved reading this post! I want a mac book pro so much! I’ve also just purchased a travel mug so I can have tea on the go! I bet it’s amazing hearing all the cute things your daughter says – so cute!

Hooray for husbands who can deal with big scary spiders!! I’d rather face a mouse than a spider for sure. Baby comes out with some priceless gems doesn’t she? It makes me chuckle because they obviously pick up these quirky sayings from us in some sponge-like way X #HappyDays
