One Lovely Blog Award
The rules for this award are simple:

So here goes, my seven facts;
- I have only ever been abroad twice in my life (apart from our Irish honeymoon!). Once when I was three, I fell off a horse and ended up in hospital. Then, when I worked in sales I was Sales Person of the year and won a holiday to Greece, this time I didn’t fall off a horse or end up in hospital! Result!
- I was brought up in Scotland and used to have a strong and FAST Scottish accent. Even my mum found it difficult to understand me.
- Baby was conceived the month before our first IVF appointment. Thankfully, as my car broke that month and I had to use the IVF money to replace it!
- I used to be a careers adviser in schools. I have also been an Exec PA and an Events Organiser, plus some other things!
- I trained my last horse from scratch to PSG level.
- My favourite food is Chinese, although I adore Ice cream too! (can’t imagine why I have a weight problem….).
- My biggest phobia is Spiders, horrible little critters #Shudder

I’ve heard a lot of people say that they unexpectedly conceived after booking ivf etc, perhaps it’s because you sort of relax about it, knowing that you’ll be getting ‘help’ soon… either way I so happy for you that baby came along!
When we met in the summer I really don’t think I noticed much of an accent at all! Or was it just too long ago to remember haha! My MIL was brought up in Glasgow and as soon as she left scotland in her late teens she taught herself to speak ‘proper english’ and you would never ever guess she had any scottish blood at all now!

I think you must do, people kept saying just relax and it will happen, grrrr so hard to relax when it is all you want. Then when I knew help was close, I guess you do relax a bit. I don’t have any accent at all now (well Scottish) I can’t even fake the accent. xx

Aww how lovely you conceived Baby before the IVF! I love hearing stories like that, although I understand the heartache previously to conceive her would have been horrible, she wouldn’t be here otherwise! I would never have said you used to live in Scotland!! I just assume everyone has a “bland” accent like me haha!
