Colour can be so powerful, it can change our mood, remind us of past feelings or events and it can add so much richness to our lives. As humans we are influenced by our environment, so the colours we surround ourselves with can affect us, even down to our productivity. Darker colours, like grey and black can have negative impact on our mood, while bright, while bold colours can do just the opposite.

This is going to sound hilarious, but when I was still in primary school in the last year of juniors (1988) it was the craze to have a Filofax… and I totally had one! I still have it with all my silly little diary notes, and top 10 boys I lurved, and all my innermost thoughts! I too have tried the bu-jo but it’s just not worked for me – one day I’ll find a system that works!x
