Sunshine Blogger Award

Taking part in tags can be quite good fun, as they can make you think about, and share, things you maybe wouldn’t have without the tag.  My gorgeous friend Em over at Snowing Indoors nominated me in the Sunshine Blogger Award.  Thanks so much Em, love you!

A little bit more about the Sunshine Blogger Award, the rules:

My questions were:

• Do you have a favourite quote or quotes?

• If you could go back in time to when you first started blogging, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

I would think a little more about my blog name, I literally decided on it in about 10 minutes and maybe I should have selected something that had more longevity or was easier to explain.  I would have done SEO properly from the start and used good large images. However, nothing I know now would have stopped me doing it.

• What experience, book, game or TV show from your childhood can you not wait to introduce to your kids?

I have ridden horses since I was three and riding has been a huge part of my life.  Baby has already started, but I can’t wait to see her journey progress and hopefully, watch her love affair with riding develop as she gets older.

• Apart from blogging, what do you love to do in your spare time?

Between blogging and looking after Baby I have little to no free time.  However, I do love reading, seeing bands and trips to the cinema.  Spending time with friends is also high on my list.

• What inspired you to start your blog?

My blog was started simply to record family memories.  I wanted Baby to have a really solid and full history with loads of photos.  Having it online seemed the best way for me to do it.  I am so glad that I didn’t just start a scrapbook!
