Clickin Moms Review & Subscription Giveaway

I was recently contacted by Clickin Moms to see if I would like to review their membership website. Clicking Moms is a photography community for mums, so it is a perfect fit for me!  I was so eager to investigate the site.

The Clickin Moms website is almost overwhelming in the sheer amount of information it contains. There is a newbie section, a vast number of tutorials, business matters, events and challenges, photo critiques, plus so much more!  I just need a week off now to read through it all!
.
I jumped in a posted an image on the newbie photo critique page and within a few minutes I received a fab response from a professional photographer, who loved my image and taught me two things about composition that I didn’t know.  So it was a great experience for me and it is definitely something I will do again.  How fabulous to be able to tap into all the available knowledge?!

  1. What a great idea. I would love to find out more. Always looking for ways to better my photography, which is a bit on the limited side!

  2. I use my phone camera a fair bit as it’s convenient but I’m getting a lot better at remembering to take our proper camera out with me too. 🙂

  3. I use my mobile as my existing camera is too bulky to carry round. I prefer to take the camera though as my phone is not very good quality! I always use a camera at special occasions like birthdays and holidays though! 🙂

  4. Used to be on my phone, but now I take pretty much all at home on my new csc camera because it’s so much better in low light.

  5. I use a mixture. I have dslr for the images that I set out to capture and I use my iphone for the moments that just happen. You can get great results with both.
