Easter Slow Cooker Fudge

It’s Easter next weekend and you might want to make some tasty treats or even Easter gifts for friends or family.  Nice idea?  Short of time?  Then you need this recipe for Easter Slow Cooker Fudge.  It is so simple, two main ingredients, no effort, no elbow grease!

You will need

  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 400g white chocolate
  • 1 pack of smarties
  • Mini eggs

 

Pop the broken up chocolate and condensed milk into the Slow Cooker. Stir and leave on low for about an hour. Stirring occasionally.  Line a 9″ square baking tray,  put in a layer of smarties, pour on the mixture, scatter on some mini eggs half way through pouring the mixture on. Smash some more mini eggs to sprinkle on top.  Refrigerate until set. Chop up into small pieces and enjoy!

Then simply pop in a Kilner Jar and decorate with Easter loveliness!
