At home we always use free range eggs and so we were happy to become part of the Happy Egg Company‘s Blogger Network. We were sent some egg vouchers and a fab recipe to try them out on. Looks like Mr Hubby’s work colleagues are going to be well fed again!
Here is how we got on!
I did notice that the Happy Eggs were a stronger yellow than other free range eggs we have used. It was so frustrating not to be able to eat one! I had one bite and they were very yummy!
