I have received product from Oreo for this post. It is an entry to the Foodies100 Wonderfilled recipe challenge sponsored by Oreo, which marks the launch of two exciting new flavours: Peanut Butter and Golden. The delicious new flavours are available in all major supermarkets at an RRP of £1.08. To find out more, visit facebook.com/oreo
I love to bake! So when I was offered the chance to create a wonderfilled recipe using the new favours of Oreo, I immediately said yes. Nothing like a little challenge to get the creativity going.
After having a little think and consulting with Baby, we decided we could do better than one recipe, yes my friends I give you Oreos 3 Ways!

Oreo Peanut Butter Milkshake
O.k, so this isn’t a ‘proper’ recipe, but Baby loved it so I thought I would share it with you anyway.
Simply take two of the new peanut butter Oreos and crush them up (with your hands will do!). Then add a little milk and using a hand blender, blend until the lumps have disappeared. Then add more milk and blend a little more. Et Voila!
I have no idea why Baby is dressed as Sheriff Callie… just go with it.

Minions Surprise White Choc Chip & Vanilla Cupcakes
Baby wanted us to make Minions Cupcakes, or ‘mingings’ cupcakes are she calls them! Out of the mouths of babes! Her wish was my command, so we set to work.
Ingredients
150g self raising flour
150g soft brown sugar
150g butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
100g white choc chips
3 eggs
Method
Pre heat the oven to 160º
Place 12 cup cake cases in a cupcake tray and pop an Oreo in each case. I mixed the favours, half peanut butter and half golden.
Mix together the butter and sugar, add in the eggs and flour and continue to mix until you have a smooth mix. Add the baking powder and vanilla and mix until it disappears.
Then spoon some of the mix over the Oreo in each cupcake case and bake for 25 minutes.
Leave to cool on a tray before decorating.
Frosting
250g icing sugar
80g butter
25ml whole milk
Couple drops of vanilla
Food colouring
Method
Mix the butter with the icing sugar and add in the milk a little at a time. Pop in the vanilla extract and food colouring mixing until dispersed. Then obviously lick the spoon!
Decorate
I used sliced marshmallows and chocolate drops for the eyes and black sprinkles to make the glasses. If you have icing or liquorice then that would be SO MUCH quicker!
Then it was time to assemble.
and enjoy!

White Chocolate & Peanut Butter Oreo Fudge
Ingredients
200g condensed milk
200g white chocolate
5 x peanut butter Oreos (broken up quite small)
Method
Pop the chocolate and the condensed milk in a slow cooker. Set to high and leave the lid off.
Stir every 10 minutes for about 30 mins (an hour if you use a full 397g tin and 400g choc).
Then pour into a greaseproof paper lined tin/bowl and leave to cool before refrigerating until cold and set.
Simply chop up and scoff! Could be much simpler.
So there you have it Oreos 3 ways!
Have you ever made ‘mingings’ cupcakes? Fudge in the slow cooker?
