How cold it is?! Blimey, it is very wintry round these parts at the moment. We do try to get out every day and enjoy some fresh air, but the time we can spend in the park, before we start to freeze is reducing. We were recently contacted by House of Fraser to see if we would like to take part in their winter indoor play campaign and try out some toys. House of Fraser have a really fabulous selection of puzzles and games, which would make great afternoon fillers on rainy days. However, as Baby is only 20 months old, she is a little young for Twister and Kerplunk (my personal favourites), so we ordered some toys to occupy her instead.

Baby has got much more interested in Megabloks recently, so we thought this Megabloks table would be a good addition to her little stash.
She was very keen, as soon as she laid eyes on it. The legs fold down, making it much easier to store (thankfully!). It really helped her to create more with the blocks, as the table held the blocks steady for her to attach them. The top comes off the table, so all everything can be stored inside. Music to my ears as no-one likes standing on a megablok! AND it comes with a Lil’ Princess and her Unicorn! Perfect!
I have bought Baby some Toot Toot animals for her stocking (shhh don’t tell her though). So when we came across this Animals Tree House on the website, we thought it would be fab to give her somewhere to play with her new toys.
There are lots of great aspects to this toy, wind up platforms, slide, shape sorter and of course the cute little talking Panda. Baby loves playing with it. The only downside is that the slide sections slot together and it takes Baby about 2 seconds to unslot them and then the toy is in about six separate pieces. So we would all prefer it if the parts clicked together in a more robust way.
Baby LOVES bubbles, so this bubble machine was a great buy for us. ‘Someone’ *looks shifty* left her old bubble machine out in the rain for *a while* and it died. Needless to say Baby was super happy to see this bad boy arrive! The only down side is now all I hear is ‘bubble’, as she directs me to the kitchen to fetch the machine to shower her with bubbles!
These toys are great to help us fill the extra time we are spending in the house. I think Baby’s favourite would be the bubble machine, but she plays with them all every day. There are lots of great toys and games on the House of Fraser website, which are perfect for family time indoors.
Disclosure: House of Fraser kindly sent Baby these toys. All opinions are my own and are honest.

These toys look fab! My little man has the toot toot drivers garage and loves it so we’re looking to add to that this year x
Tigger used to have the mega bloks table and enjoyed hours of fun playing with it – what child doesn’t love playing with bubbles?
