Mustela Review

I was recently sent some lovely products from the Mustela range, so I thought I would share them with you.  Baby doesn’t have any particular skin problems, but occasionally she will develop some dry patches.  She is, however, quite sensitive to certain wet wipes.  So it is important for us to use nourishing products, that are also kind to her skin.

Mustela

  • Mustela Cleansing Milk  – This cleansing milk contains plant oils, so it hydrates the skin and preserves its natural moisture.  Fabulous to use on your little one’s face and bottom when they come out of the bath.  Even though Baby has no real dryness issues, I have noticed her skin seems even softer since we started using this milk.  The RRP is £6.50.
  • Mustela Hydra Bebe Body Lotion – This lotion is safe to use straight from birth, so you can be assured it is kind to baby’s skin.  Designed to be part of your child’s daily skin care routine and containing vegetable oils/vitamins E/F, it quickly hydrates the skin and the Shea butter leaves skin very soft.  This is a lovely general moisturiser to keep your little one’s skin in tip top condition.  RRP £7.75
  • Facial Cleansing Cloths – We have to avoid certain brands of wipes, as strangely Baby has a reaction to wipes branded sensitive.  We use wipes a lot (messy child!) and have tried many different brands.  These wipes were effective and Baby did not have any adverse reactions to them, which is great. They have a delicate fragrance.  However, at an RRP of £3.95, they are probably too expensive for us to use on a daily basis.

Disclosure: We were sent these products free of charge, all opinions are my own.

  1. Love Mustela! To me, Mustela IS the smell of babies. My mum used it for me and my three brothers, and I have been using it with my little monkeys, too. I had no idea you could get it in the UK. We always get ours in France 🙂
