Trunki ToddlePak Review

We have admired the brand Trunki from afar for some time.  Recently, they asked us to see what we thought of the ToddlePak, yes please!

ToddlePak

We were using another popular make of reins, but no more, as we adore the ToddlePak!  First, let me tell you about the ToddlePak.  It is super easy to fit, just pop the child’s arms in and the unique clip fastens at the back, allowing easy adjustment of the shoulder and waist straps simultaneously.  The reins fasten onto each side, just above waist height, giving a secure resistance (unlike some reins, which attach higher up and can end up making children fall over if they resist).  There is a reflective strip to help if walking in poor light.

Baby loves wearing reins and these were no exception.  We decided to wander to the park to give them a proper test drive.  Once there, another positive is that I could just unclip the reins (leaving the harness in place), so Baby wasn’t upset having to take the ToddlePak off.  The harness is low profile, so Baby was safe and comfortable to have a play in the playground with it on.

She loved running about, showing off her ToddlePak.  Obviously no visit to the playground would be complete without a go on the swings.

The ToddlePak comes in seven different colour/animal combinations, all of which are bright and cute.

The ToddlePak retails at £17.99, which is great and is actually cheaper than the harness we used previously.  I can’t sing the praises of the ToddlePak enough; great value, safety, comfort, fab design, easy to fit and adjust, a great experience in actually using the product for both parent and child.  What more could you want?!

Thanks so much to Trunki for our ToddlePak, we absolutely love it!

Disclosure: We were sent this ToddlePak in return for an honest review.

  1. Mine would never wear reins so this sound super exciting! It makes life so much less stressful out and about. Popping by from Tried & Tested

  2. We have one of these coming for review too, and I can’t wait to try it out – after reading your review I think it will be perfect for Max! Thanks for linking up with #TriedTested

  3. We were sent one of these too and we love it! I found it a little tricky to un-clip but other than that it’s perfect! We got the owl design but I loved the lion too, kinda wished I went with the lion now as that yellow is just gorgeous.

  4. We have the LittleLife turtle backpack with the optional reins and it’s dreadful. I wish we’d not been so hasty to buy them and that we’d done a bit of research first.

  5. These look great and are just what I have been looking for as my daughter is 17 month and wants to walk everywhere now and not go in the buggy but she runs off everywhere which is a nightmare as I have the baby to push too. These look much nicer then reins too , I think I will have to keep an eye out for them and buy some xx #TriedTested

  6. It’s just too cute! I bought one because my son runs everywhere but it is not as pretty as this one. I think to a next purchase :).
