As you may know, last week we went on a family holiday to Treworgey Cottages, in Duloe Cornwall. I wrote about our holiday earlier in the week, but I also want to share with you some details of our fabulous cottage. I am part of the Parent Friendly Stays #parentpanel and I won the holiday, by writing a post about we wanted to go!
As we arrived at Treworgey, we were met with the most stunning view over the valley, just gorgeous!
We were staying in Jasmine Cottage, which was so pretty that we couldn’t wait to get inside.
The cottage comprises of an open plan kitchen and living area, with a lockable door down to a dining area, with a full size dining table, perfect for family meals. I liked the fact that the door was lockable, meaning we could contain Baby in the living room area.
The kitchen was fully equipped, having everything we needed, to make it easy for Mr Hubby to cook for us!
The cottage has two bedrooms, and the smaller room was ready for Baby with a cot in place. Such a lovely room, lots of character beautifully decorated .
The upstairs bathroom featured the bath. However, there is a down stairs shower room as well.
The master bedroom, was comfortable with character and there was lots of space for our belongings.
Jasmine has two gardens; a large front garden with a table and chairs, a great grass area for playing and a smaller garden to the back, off the dining area.
The hall way is the perfect place to drop off bags and boots after a day out exploring. There is a full size fridge freezer and washing machine in there too. The door to the left of the picture is the shower room.
Indoor beach.
Treworgey has an onsite riding school, especially for guests and a tennis court, so you can work off that cream tea! There is also an indoor beach, which is such a fabulous addition, especially useful for rainy days.
There is an onsite shop operating on an honesty basis, with a small soft play area and an outdoor play area complete with ride on tractors. This leads through to an indoor play room, including a pool table, a table tennis table, play house, lots of toys, a TV and a reading area. The swimming pool is open during the summer months.
You could genuinely stay on site for a whole day and you know your children would be thoroughly entertained. The different areas are multi purpose. Fabulous for children, but equally enjoyable for adults, as everything is tastefully designed. There are lovely seating areas in all the different zones, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine.
I cannot recommend Treworgey highly enough and would like to thank them for inviting us to stay. I just hope we get to go back again soon!
Disclosure: We were invited as guests of Treworgey. All opinions are honest.

Sounds like the perfect place for a family holiday. Anything on site that helps entertain my son plus but for me too makes it a winner! X

They really do have the perfect combination x
Oh this cottage looks idyllic. I just love how sunny the dining room is and the garden looks wonderful. Cottage holidays are fab when you have a toddler as you can still relax in living room/garden/kitchen when they go to bed which you can’t really do in a hotel x
