The excitement in our house is almost reaching fever-pitch. As tomorrow we’re off to Martinhal Hotels & Resorts in Portugal. Whoop!
The wonderful people at Martinhal are running their bloggers conference/brand event for the second year and I’ve been asked to speak. They invited the family and so we are going to be staying at the Cascais resort for a couple of days before going to try out their Chiado resort.
Martinhal Cascais is on the outskirts of Lisbon. Comprising of the hotel (with 68 rooms and 4 suites adapted for families) and 12 contemporary villas with everything you need for an awesome holiday. There are two restaurants and a cafe onsite, all having kid-friendly food!
The Finisterra Spa and three pools mean we will be spoiled for choice!
Martinhal Cascais are really kid-friendly and they have a superb kids clubhouse with over 700 square metres of play space (over 7,700 square feet). They can accommodate children from 6 months to early teens. You can also ask for your kids to be looked after in your hotel room or villa if you prefer. Add to this their baby concierge service and I think it’s safe to say families are very well looked after.
After I’ve spoken at the conference we will be heading to the Martinhal Chiado is which is located in the heart of Chiado, Lisbon. 37 family apartments from studios to 2 bedrooms. There is a cafe on-site and the same kid’s club and baby sitting services as are available at the Cascais.
So now you can see why we’re so excited and I can’t wait to fill you in on our experience when we return.
