Word of the Week #24

It’s Friday, so it’s time to link up with the lovely Jocelyn from The Reading Residence and decide on my Word of the Week #WotW.

Well, what a week!  I could have chosen a few words, that would have all accurately summed up my week, not least stressful.  However, I want to focus on the positives where at all possible, so I choose;

#WotW

For this linky my week starts on Saturday, and Saturday was the second day of BritMums Live.  It was quite hectic, trying to attend the sessions, meet bloggers and brands and get the most out of the experience.  You can read more about it here and here if you fancy.  The conference itself was great, but I had a hellish journey home courtesy of multiple delayed trains, which is not what you want when you are missing your baby (A LOT)!

We had a lovely Family day out on Sunday.  Then on Tuesday, after swimming, Baby and I set off to North Wales to stay with Baby’s Aunty.  Giving the boys a free house, so they could make over our living room.  I am not sure yet when we can go home, but we are so excited to see the transformation.  It has been a long time coming!

While we have been up here, in sunny Wales, we have been to the beach and have caught up with family.  Today, Baby and I, might head to the mountain Zoo.

Which word would sum up your week?

  2. Hope you’re managing to relax in Wales Aby! And I hope the ‘changing rooms’ project goes well! I’m getting FOMO (fear of missing out) about BritMums as have been reading lots of great posts. However, I’d happily admit being a novice, I so wasn’t ready for it. Maybe next year!

  5. Busy is apparently good though – makes you feel alive.
    I am not sure if I have caught up on sleep myself yet though

  7. I’d say relaxing, as I’ve been off work all week so it’s been nice to relax but next week will no doubt be the same as yours… busy! x
