As the build up to Christmas begins the chocolatiers have been busy creating seasonal chocolates and festive truffles. As you can imagine this is the peak time of year for the brand and they have been trialling flavours and different combinations throughout the year, so they KNOW they are perfect to go into production at Christmas.

The new chocolate lines are made in small batches, as they are hand-dipped in luxury chocolate. They are taste tested by staff and some very lucky locals….. (note to self to relocate to Bakewell….) before they are ever put on sale.

This Christmas, some of the new products include Christmas Pudding Truffles… we need to stop right there and take in what we have just read. Christmas Pudding Truffles…… #yum! Some of the other amazing new flavours are Brandy Butter Snowballs, Amaretto and Marzipan Truffles and the Milk Chocolate Cranberry Creams (Aby makes a note on Christmas list….).

I’m a total sucker for beautiful packaging. For me, poor packaging can totally ruin an experience when I purchase a product. There’s no such worry with Holdsworth Chocolates though as the packaging is stunning! Gorgeous colour schemes and patterns, which make them the perfect Christmas gift. One which you don’t even need to wrap! Don’t mention it!
