I love the process of writing a weekly gratitude list, as it ensures I consciously take in the small, but lovely things that happen every day. Then, they are immortalised here on the page, so I will always remember.
This week I have loved;
- That our friends in France felt comfortable asking us to have their little boy when they were in hospital having a baby!
- My new daily Facebook live show Wake Up and Shake Up.
- Meeting some French ladies from the village.
- Chatting to my awesome friend Katy.
- Listening to this awesome audio from By Regina.
- Looking forward to seeing friends at BritMums live.
- Reading the kids the Gruffalo in Ava’s school, so they understood what’s it’s like to be Ava and not understand.
- Getting my nails done.
- Ava settling more into school.
- Family cuddles!

Wake up and shake up has been amazing! I have to watch replay a lot of the time as my kids are at their most demanding at 8am. Xx
