I love the idea of a little excitement every day on the run up to Christmas. Anything to make Christmas as magical as possible for Baby. Last year, I collected a range of little keepsakes, bits and bobs and mixed them with activities suitable for Baby at 9 months, to create her Advent calendar. This year, as Baby is older and more able to get involved with things, I have made every day activity based.

We stick to the normal chocolate advent calendar. either the bought one or we make one up ourselves. it’s a great list but we wouldn’t have the time to do all that being a full time worker.

Some of it wouldn’t take that long. It works for me, as I work when she naps and every evening so I have the time in the day x
That’s handy to have flexible working hours.
Mine’s always 8-4/4.30pm so wrecked by the time I get home. Weekends are the fun.
