I love the process of writing a weekly gratitude list, as it ensures I consciously take in the small, but lovely things that happen every day. Then, they are immortalised here on the page, so I will always remember.
This week I have loved;
- My husband telling me that he was really proud of me and what I have achieved with my blog.
- Baby’s gentle cuddles and hair strokes when I was suffering with a major headache.
- Baby being so much more confident at swimming.
- When Baby looks at me as if she can see right into my soul.
- Fun at the farm with one of my best friends and all the kids.
- Reaching my 2 stone weight loss mark.
- Listening to Baby on the monitor first thing in the morning saying ‘hello’.
- When Baby turned to TV to Radio, heard the music, said ‘Oooo’ and started dancing!
- That Mr Hubby isn’t now going away for four days next week. Woo hoo!
- Giving Baby her bottle in the dark before I put her to bed. So peaceful, in stark contrast to the rest of our day.
So what are you grateful for this week?

Ah I love listening to Rose chatting away in the mornings too 🙂 sounds like you’ve had a brilliant week xx
Oh how lovely, written two posts on the theme of gratitude lately, so important to stop and take stock, love that you hear your daughter say hello on the intercom! Ours are always in our bed by morning! Ha! x
