Baby’s X-Factor Style Bath Time ‘Journey’

If you are a fan of X Factor, or indeed any other reality show, you will know the contestants always go on a ‘journey’.  My own little superstar, not one to be left out, has gone on her own ‘journey’.

Baby LOVES the bath, but for the first 15 months of her life she HATED it!  Meaning I had a small, slippy person in the shower with me every morning.

Take this picture for example, does this look like a happy face?!  This was taken when she was 8 weeks old…. just before we stopped trying to bath her.

So what changed?  A few things helped, but one of the most significant factors in turning Baby from a bath loather to a bath lover, was her obsession with Ducks!

Much to her delight, we were sent some more ducks from H&A to use in our post to apply to become part of the H&A Bathtime Fun Squad.  The next thing for us to do was to introduce the newcomers to the flock (I couldn’t round up ALL The Flock, as they were a little bit flighty).

We wanted to make sure everyone got on, before taking it into the water.

Thankfully there were no spats and all the ducks, new and old, got on like a house on fire.  They were all so keen to get wet, Baby was too!

So this is the story of Baby’s journey to bath lover.  She would love to be part of the H&A Fun Squad.
