I love the process of writing a weekly gratitude list, as it ensures I consciously take in the small, but lovely things that happen every day. Then, they are immortalised here on the page, so I will always remember.
This week I have loved;
- Watching Baby place her teddies one by one on her rocking horse and give them a little ride.
- Playing football with Baby. She runs at the ball and kicks it to me, then runs off squealing.
- Watching Baby feeding Upsy Daisy & Iggle Piggle her rice crackers, while making eating sounds.
- How well my little bubba coped on a long day in London with no naps!
- Getting into the music in my car, turning round to find Baby copying me and nodding her head.
- The smile on Baby’s face when one of the songs from her TV programme’s comes on.
- The kindness of commuting strangers (helping me up/down stairs with my buggy).
- Salted Caramel Ice Cream….. I know!, but it was our anniversary.
So what are you grateful for this week?

Oh my salted caramel ice cream – NEED! Children bring so much joy in to our lives
I love the quote which started this post x
yum to the ice cream!!! love salted caramel 🙂
It’s lovely to remember all of those happy little moments – and the ice-cream sounds delicious!
Absolutely – as my eldest said, “Perception is everything”!
That ice cream sounds so yummy, but I’ve been on a diet for weeks and honestly, I would eat any ice cream right now!
It’s always so lovely when strangers help out when out and about!
Aww i LOVE this idea, you’ve got some wonderful things to be grateful for at the moment. Baby sounds like she’s at a fun and interactive stage, enjoy every moment of it! xxx

She is huni, I am trying to soak it all up xxx
I’ve never had salted caramel ice cream but I think my family would be grateful if I did buy it!
I have so much to be grateful for this week…
My husband getting a new job yesterday
A night with only one feed last night
A lovely day out with a friend today
A lovely lady with a purple pram who moved all her bags and pram into a tiny gap on the bus so Boo and I could fit on the bus too with her pram.
And the wonderful ladies on our bus ride home who held Boo, shifted their walking frames and were lovely while I collapsed her pram and tried not to fall over while standing up and clinging on to the handrail for dear life! A special mention to the lady who sat with Boo on her knee because Boo did a poo and wow did it smell.
Feeling very overwhelmed by the kindness of people I don’t know on the bus today!!

What a lovely post – I love the idea of baby giving each of her teddies a ride so cute! x
What a great list! I love the one about baby smiling when her favourite tv show song came on! x
Salted caramel ice cream sounds delicious (my tummy is now rumbling)
Aby that quote is amazing and so true. I really believe it too. I always think if you are positive in life and have positive happy thoughts about life that life will most of the time reward you and positive things will be attracted back to you! Same reason negative people or drama people always seem to have more drama! I have really tried to make it a goal this year to be more happy, positive and calm about life and things in general. I am so much better for it too! Great post. Inspiring! Love your list. Thank you so much for linking up to Share With Me. It’s my first week back in the UK and my one year blog birthday so it’s very busy busy in the LTM household. I am hosting giveaways everyday this week so a bit behind on commenting. So sorry. #sharewithme
