I love the process of writing a weekly gratitude list, as it ensures I consciously take in the small, but lovely things that happen every day. Then, they are immortalized here on the page, so I will always remember.

This week I have loved;
-
Baby wearing her holiday hat as soon as she got up the morning we set off to Cornwall.
-
Baby changing the words to the Bubble Guppies song, ‘What time is it? Lunch time’ to ‘Holiday time’
-
Getting to review a Peugeot 5008, I am in love now and don’t want to give it back. Do you think they would notice?
- Swimming with Baby for the first time in about 16 months and Mr Hubby came too for the first time.
- Mr Hubby got into the car and made a ho ho sort of noise and Baby said ‘Daddy, you’re not Santa’!
- Watching Baby and Mr Hubby pretending to be the Queen waving to their subjects from the balcony of our bedroom on holiday.
- Baby telling us to ‘chill our boots!’
- Baby was struggling to climb up something in the playground, and Mr Hubby went to help her, to which she responded ‘Don’t worry I got skills’
- Baby sliding down the fireman’s pole in the park for the first time completely solo!
- In the swimming pool, with a big smile on her face, Baby wanted me to come and help her jump in, so she clapped a few times and pointed to where she wanted me to be. Like a friendly sergeant major!
So what are you grateful for this week?

I don’t think they will notice at all??? Maybe just not answer the door when they come to pick it up! I love ‘chill your boots’, where do they get these little sayings from. Sounds like a great week in Cornwall x
Love that photo of Baby this week. Well done to her on managing to slide solo down the fireman’s pole – my two have yet to manage that one! Love her say “I got skills” – so adorable. Hope you had a wonderful holiday 🙂 #HappyDaysLinky

Hahaha sounds like Baby is growing up fast! Bless her, she comes out with some right crackers. I always say the best thing about having kids is the free entertainment! Glad you had a great week x
Another fab week – love the babyisms especially – don’t worry I’ve got skills. Just classic!

Keep it, haha say you’ll pop a banner in your blog sidebar how can they say no! Sounds like baby has made lots of lovely memories this week. I joke about my son being a little similar to a drill sergeant at times, funny things! X
Oh you definitely do need to give the 5008 back as it is coming to me in a couple of weeks! Glad to hear you liked it. Thanks for linking up with #HappyDaysLinky x
I am still not brave enough to let mine go down the pole on their own. I really need to let go haha!! Thank you for sharing in #HappyDaysLinky x
