I love the process of writing a weekly gratitude list, as it ensures I consciously take in the small, but lovely things that happen every day. Then, they are immortalized here on the page, so I will always remember.
This week I have loved;
- When I was drying Baby after her bath, I was singing ‘Shake your bum bum’… as you do and she turned and said ‘Mamma… you crazy mad’.
- Chatting to Baby in the street, when she told me that her toy had a nose and that she had a nose. I responded saying we all have noses and she said (rather too loudly) that we all have noses and we all have nipples….
- Doing my first Radio interview and being featured in the Daily Mail.
- Moving up to 27 in Tots.
- Having a festive babychino/hot chocolate with Baby when we were doing some Christmas shopping.
- Baby’s obsession with twirling. She twirls, then we are told to clap.
- Being invited on a press trip to Monaco!
- We had a magical time meeting Santa and experiencing a wonderful festive train.
- Getting ready for Christmas! Eeeek!
So what are you grateful for this week?

I also enjoyed a festive drink with my baby whilst shopping only she is 11 now (oh my gosh!) It was lovely having time with her. Congrats on the radio! And I love that you are crazy mad, too cute
That photo of Baby is so gorgeous – love her beautiful big smile and I had to chuckle at her telling you you were crazy mad! So cute. A big well done on moving up to #27 in Tots – very well deserved too! 🙂
I really need to remember to join in with this! I’m putting it in my diary! haha x
Ha ha ha Momma you crazy mad I love that! It made me giggle. Sounds like a great week, congrats on your Tots score x #HappyDays

Haha fancy saying that out loud! She cracks me up! Thank you for sharing in #HappyDaysLinky x
What a fab week again, such lovely moments to share and I especially loved the twirling a twirl always deserves applause. #happydays
You’re so right, it’s much too easy to fail to notice the small things even as they’re happening, let alone recall them later on. Having a little list like this means you can always pull it up later on and smile at the adorable. funny things your daughter said and did, and the things you achieved in this particular week. #HappyDaysLinky
Hahaha! Love the ‘noses and nipples’ comment! Don’t you just love toddlers? They don’t hold back and just say it as it is! Love it!
Sounds like a great week for you and glad you are getting all ready for Christmas! x
