My Weekly Weigh In

Welcome to my weigh in!   This week is my 20th week on the Diet Chef plan.  Details of all my previous weigh ins are here, if you want to catch up.

This week has been a pretty easy week food wise.  I haven’t felt particularly hungry, I think I am now quite used to the smaller portions.  It is true that the more you eat, the more you want to eat. Your stomach stretches and consequently needs more food to signal to your brain that you are full.

I am enjoying finding that I fit into clothes I find in my wardrobe.  It has been lovely to read everyone’s kind words on my social media feeds, following my post last week.  I am now 1 stone heavier than when I got pregnant (was overweight then too though), so not far to go to reach that milestone.   Then I will be focused on reaching my goal weight.  This is still a way off, but I need to remain positive that I will do it and that only I can change my life.

I did try to get a snap of a dress I was wearing, but someone photo bombed me!

Outfit

I feel healthier, look better and am starting to feel like my old self a little more.  What’s not to like!

Diet Chef

Realising that I can now shop in the main section of high street shops!

Diet Chef

Weight lost

-2lb (total 53lb in 20 weeks)

Total inches lost (across 10 measurements)

– 2″ (total 62.5″ in 20 weeks)

The programme I am on would cost £8.75 per day.  However, if you order a 12 week supply this daily cost reduces to £6.61 (this is for all three meals and a snack).  Check the website for great offers.

Disclosure: I am being sent Diet Chef hampers in order to review the programme.  All opinions are 100% honest and are my own.

  1. Well done! I find your blog posts very inspiring. I’m on day 4 of diet chef so I’ve only just started; I’m finding it tough in the afternoons, but your success is helping me to keep going so that hopefully I can see similar results in a couple of months. Xx

  4. Haha your little one is adorable! 🙂 I love reading about how well you are doing, it really does help keep me motivated tbh! I love the breakfasts, lunches & snacks but am struggling with the dinners a little tbh as I am finding I’m getting a bit fed up with it all having so much sauce on everything if that makes sense? lol I’ve only just finished my first week though so I guess it’s all a bit trial & error atm xx

Thanks! She has her moments. Glad the updates are helping you. I always have my evening meal on either salad or veg so I like the sauce! 🙂 xx

  5. You look absolutely amazing! I have been getting a lot better with my eating lately, I think now I’ve started going to the gym I see how much of an impact it has on me if I have made poor choices in the day & even more if I haven’t had enough water. You are doing amazingly! Inspirational! xx
