My Weigh In

What a time we have had recently!  Following Mr Hubby being sick last week, Baby and I were in the firing line.  Not a week I want to repeat in a hurry and poor Baby is still sick.

If this is your first visit to my weigh in, I am following the Diet Chef plan and you can find details of all my previous weigh ins are here if you want a look.

So how have things been on the weight loss front?  Well if I am honest, not as well as expected.  I am normally super motivated when I set my mind to something, but whether it is lack of sleep or being run down, these last few weeks have been a struggle.

This is no reflection on the Diet Chef plan, as I know when I stick to it I lose weight, the 4 stone loss so far supports that!

Diet Chef have some great offers at the moment.

If you sign up for the 8 week plan, you will receive two free weeks of food. What makes this offer great is that it isn’t just an introductory offer for new customers; for every month you’re on your diet you’ll get one free week of food. That’s 7 free breakfasts, 7 free lunches, 7 free dinners and 7 free snacks for every month you stay on the plan. This works out at £5.57 a day for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack delivered to your door.  I think this is great value.

Buying a couple of dresses 4 sizes smaller than I would have had to buy last October. They were also a slightly more fitted style.

Weight lost

-5lb (total 3 stone 9lb )

Total inches lost (across 10 measurements)

I didn’t take my measurements this week as I was too poorly – (total -“67.5)

The programme I am on would cost £8.75 per day.  However, if you order a 12 week supply this daily cost reduces to £6.61 (this is for all three meals and a snack).  Check the website for great offers.

Disclosure: I am being sent Diet Chef hampers in order to review the programme.  All opinions are 100% honest and are my own.

  1. Congrats on having a loss even with the additional stresses in your life! It’s so hard to remain consistent when other things are weighing on our minds. I always seem to have that problem myself. I really need to learn how to follow through and you are going to be today’s inspiration to do exactly that!
