The Best Of April

So May is here, which brings with it my birthday (today!), amongst other things.  I know I am not alone, when I say this year is whizzing by.  I wanted to reflect on the month gone by and share my favourite posts.

Baby turned two on 30th March, so we headed to London Zoo to celebrate, what a fantastic day it was.  May will see me turn 38 and so I thought would create a bucket list in,  5 Things: To Do Before I Am 40!  Have you got anything you would like to achieve before your next milestone birthday?  Another of Baby’s birthday celebrations was a visit to Longleat.  We had an amazing day and Baby adored the Sealions.

I started #BlogClub with a post to help those of you who find yourself lacking inspiration, Blogger’s Block? Never Again! should give you enough to work on!  Joining in with the popular 50 Things That Make Me Happy, gave me a good excuse to focus on all the things I love!

I got a little horse fix, by taking my family to Lambourn Racing Open Day to look round the racing yards and it also meant Baby could ride a pony again!  We enjoyed our first picnic of the year and shared it with friends and you in Picnics in the Park.

I shared the exciting news that I am the new Ambassador for with Anna Lou of London, who sell the loveliest jewellery.  Back to #BlogClub with How to Grow Your Blog, which proved very popular with the bloggers out there.

I have really surprised myself with how much I enjoy vlogging and I did the 25 Things About Me tag, which I really enjoyed.  Music is a big life love for me, so I shared 5 Things: I Love To LIsten To, what is your favourite song?  #BlogClub called again and I told you why I think you should help other bloggers in How to Help a Fellow Blogger.

I have just launched a new monthly linky Moving Pictures for home movies with Em and Amy and so thought I would produce a little video of a day,  Our 4 minute day video. Finally we had our Cornish Adventure when we went to Treworgey Cottages for a family holiday that I won as part of the Parent Panel with Parent Friendly Stays.
