The Return Of The Weigh In

Welcome back to my weekly weigh in!   As a lot of you may know I have been following the Diet Chef plan since October.  The details of all my previous weigh ins are here if you want a look.

I haven’t shared a weigh in with you for two weeks; meaning I haven’t weighed myself for three weeks!  Yikes!  I have been so good since I started the plan (apart from our 4 day January holiday and one day at Christmas).  However, as we had a family holiday following by my press trip, I decided it would be better to take some time off.  I didn’t really want to, as I am focused on my goal, but it would have been possible to take my meals with me to Rome!

So I stepped onto the scales with some trepidation.  I hate the thought of having to lose the same weight twice, but I knew it was inevitable.  A 6lb gain!  I suppose it could have been worse.  Still annoying though.

There are now 7 weeks until BritMums Live, which was one of my goals and my target for this is now -20lb!  That is the 6lb recent gain plus a stone.  Fingers crossed!

Although I have gained weight, people are still commenting on how well I look, which is nice.

Weight lost

+ 6lb (total loss 3 stone 9lb)

Total inches lost (across 10 measurements)

+4.5″ (total -63″)

The programme I am on would cost £8.75 per day.  However, if you order a 12 week supply this daily cost reduces to £6.61 (this is for all three meals and a snack).  Check the website for great offers.

Disclosure: I am being sent Diet Chef hampers in order to review the programme.  All opinions are 100% honest and are my own.
