Well folks it’s April! The saying ‘the days are long but the years are short’ certainly feels right at the moment. So it’s time to give you a run down of my favourite posts from the 85 I wrote in March. Just incase you missed any!
March
I started the month with 5 Things; To Improve Your Mood, as we all need ways to pick ourselves up sometimes, don’t we?! Baby and I took part in the Interflora’s Priceless Mum Challenge, which saw us creating a couple of videos; good fun and we need to make more videos. March’s #BlogClub kicked off with Style Your Blog – Tips For A Pretty Effective Blog, which was popular with the bloggers out there.
Baby and I were invited to the Moonpig S/S15 Preview event in London, which I shared here. It was such a great day in a wonderful venue and a pretty super goody bag too!
I recently took the leap and purchased a DSLR, I think it might be love... I blogged about a trip to the park to try it out.
Back to my 5 Things feature, with 5 Things; They Didn’t Tell You About Motherhood the good, the bad and the ugly was summed up in this post. We shared one of our ordinary moments, Duck feeding in Feathered Friends.
I am lucky enough to be a member of various blogging tribes and I think they are vital to your success and happiness as a blogger. So I wrote Finding Your Tribe & Why You Need One in the hope that it helps others to find theirs.
Our family had some bad news and I shared my reaction in Life’s Ups and Downs and I took some pictures of Baby that I really love.
It is the BritMums Brilliance in Blogging Awards 2015 nomination time and I wrote a post about the inspiring and talented people who get my vote. One of my favourite social networks is Instagram and I share lots of photos that don’t see the light of day again. So I started a new occasional feature, Life Instagrammed #1, so I am able to record these pictures here on my blog.
5 Things; You Need To Be A Blogger showed that it is not all freebies and press trips, but bloggers need some seriously strong characteristics to survive! Back to Baby and giving you an insight into her furry friends with, Dogs are a Baby’s Best Friend.
One of the biggest challenges to bloggers, it increasing their audience and this goes hand in hand with how you promote your blog on social media. My social media following has grown from 0 to approximately 15k in 18 months, so I complied a list of the things that helped me in Develop a Killer Social Media Strategy.
I hadn’t heard of Vogue’s 73 Questions before I was tagged, but I really enjoyed answering them all. We were invited to our local Dogs Trust, to see first hand the fantastic work they do, Could You Help The Dogs Trust? 5 Things; That Make Me Obsessed With Blogging seemed to strike a cord with lots of you!
Our gorgeous daughter turned two this week and I shared You Are Two – A Letter To Baby.
I finished March with an interview with three PR consultants in The PR Lowdown. One to help all you lovely bloggers out there.
