By no means are you rambling lovely.
That must have taken so much courage to sit there and talk openly about your PND.
And I’m sure lots of other Moms out there will grasp comfort from this. Well done for raising awareness. Sending love xxx

What a powerful message! I sat here and I listened and it made me so much more aware! I never really realised how it’s different for everyone and it’s like a light bulb moment for me! Thanks for sharing such a personal story.
Thank you for sharing this. It must be really hard to talk about it. I admire your courage. I didn’t really understand about this when the nurses were talking about it at natal classes – I think they should be get more real people ie. You – to talk about this at natal classes. So that more people are aware of what it really is. Or just showing this YouTube clip. It is so important. I actually think everyone secretly don’t have it together all the time. In one way or another we all have experience metal illness in some form or other. I totally get you with the buggy and the no lift thing. And people just walking passed by like you were invisible – a bagger on the street asking for pennies kindness. It really is just – isn’t it. Big Hugs Aby. You are an amazing person and one with so much admiration. I have shared this post. Xx
