Diono were recently kind enough to send us the first ever stroller from Little Tikes, the Little Tikes Stroll ‘n’ Go to review.
Since Baby was born we have been through quite a few prams! I think it can take a few attempts to find one that works for you as a family. Anyway, we were keen to try out the Stroll ‘n’ Go. My first impressions were, that is is a lightweight stroller, clean design, which would be great to use on public transport, as it is compact and light.
It folds very easily (umbrella fold, with carry handle) and is really light, which is great for me as I have a bad back. A couple of other features, which help my back are; the high handles, saving me from stooping to push it and the angled frame.
I like the fact that the stroller has multiple reclining positions, which is great on the off chance that Baby actually goes to sleep! You can also change the position of the leg rest, to make for a comfy sleeping position.
The front wheels can turn 360 degrees, which means turning is really easy and the stroller has all round suspension for a smoother ride.
One of my favourite aspects about the stroller is the big pocket on the back of the hood, it is very deep so nothing will fall out and it is a super place to chuck your purse and keys. I have form for losing both of these things so this pleases me. There is quite a large shopping basket underneath, although it could be easier to access.
The marketing information states that the stroller would be suitable to use from birth. However, I would want newborns to have a little more support, this may just be personal preference.
For a lightweight Stroller the seat is nicely padded and Baby seems very comfortable in it. There is a 5 point harness and 3 shoulder strap positions. My only negative is that I find the harness quite difficult to fasten, it is a little fiddly and the strap that goes between the child’s legs, is not very long.
It has a lovely big hood, which is great and the stroller comes complete with a rain cover, always a nice bonus.
