‘Slide and See: The Ugly Ducking’ Parragon Book Review
Baby LOVES Ducks and so we were really happy to open this months Book Buddies package to find this wonderful book.
Baby loves to read and was captivated by this lovely board book. It has slide out tabs, which continue the story. I love pretty children’s books and the illustrations are so beautiful in this book.
“One warm summer’s day, six yellow ducklings and one grey duckling hatched from Mummy duck’s nest. Discover what happened when the poor ugly duckling ran away from home…”
I don’t want to spoil it for you, but it is a great book, that Baby really enjoyed reading. She loved the pull outs and sat happily ‘reading’ the book herself and we enjoyed reading it together. Such a fabulous book and one which I highly recommend.

A book Matthew would definitely love especially because it is about a duck. He likes looking at ducks at the moment. Probably because of bath time.
